Job Summary
Housekeeping/Laundry position providing essential cleaning and laundry services in a residential community. Responsibilities include cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, washing and folding laundry, operating laundry equipment, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED and have 1-3 months of related experience. A valid Florida Operator’s License is required. Flexible schedules are necessary to accommodate special events.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- One (1) to three (3) months related experience and/or training
- Valid Florida Operator’s License
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to read basic words and numbers
- Ability to perform basic mathematics with money and measurements
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Additional Requirements
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends due to special events
