Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor

Lead the Environmental Services Team by hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating housekeeping and laundry staff. Create department schedules aligned with census and labor budgets while ordering supplies and maintaining budget controls. Perform and oversee mopping, dusting, vacuuming, polishing, and disinfecting, conducting routine inspections for sanitation, infection control, and cleanliness compliance. Provide instruction on safe and effective cleaning and laundry procedures to ensure consistent linen delivery, personal laundry service, and organized supply rooms. This role is essential to maintaining a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff in our long-term care facility.
