Job Summary
Lead a housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance team in a healthcare facility. Responsibilities include hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating staff; creating department schedules aligned with census and labor budgets; ordering and managing supplies within budget; ensuring cleanliness through mopping, dusting, vacuuming, polishing, and disinfecting; conducting routine inspections for sanitation and infection control; training staff on safe cleaning and laundry procedures; supporting daily operations with linen delivery, personal laundry service, and organized supply rooms. Requires experience in housekeeping or laundry services (preferably healthcare), supervisory experience, strong communication, and ability to multitask.
