Job Summary
Inspect guest rooms, public spaces, hallways, pool restrooms, and lobby areas to ensure exceptional cleanliness and verify room status accuracy for the Front Desk. Document daily inspection results, respond quickly to guest needs and room moves, and report maintenance issues while following up on completion. Maintain cleanliness of elevators, hallways, vending areas, and laundry rooms, ensuring linen closets are stocked and secured. Train and mentor room attendants, offer coaching on performance, and manage key control and safety procedures. Travel between Surfsider Resort and Silver Seas Resort to support special projects, inventories, and general housekeeping operations. Work weekends, evenings, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of hospitality-related supervisory experience
- Able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Strong communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Confident using TimeshareWare, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized, reliable, and committed to guest satisfaction
