Job Summary
Receive room assignments, keys, and supplies from housekeeping management, then stock caddies and carts to ensure all linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies are available. Clean and self-inspect guest rooms according to brand standards, including changing linens, making beds, scrubbing bathrooms, and performing quality checks on room equipment. Promptly report emergencies, injuries, missing articles, and safety hazards to management, and turn in all guest articles left after checkout. Perform duties as a Lobby Attendant or Laundry Attendant when assigned, while maintaining proper use of cleaning equipment and complying with safety procedures. Work in an interior hotel environment requiring extended standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent experience
- Ability to satisfy the legal requirements for employment within the jurisdiction
- Physical work capability including extended periods of standing and/or walking
- Physical work capability including bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling
- Physical work capability including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Close vision with or without corrective lenses
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle
