Job Summary
Detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Inspector to ensure guest rooms meet brand standards for cleanliness, presentation, and guest readiness. Inspect rooms to confirm amenities, linens, and supplies are properly stocked and presented; identify and report maintenance or safety concerns; provide feedback to Room Attendants to improve performance; prioritize VIP arrivals and special request rooms; update room status in the hotel’s property management system in real time; assist in maintaining cleanliness standards in public areas; support housekeeping leadership with quality control initiatives and special projects; ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Prior hotel housekeeping or supervisory experience required
- High school education and relevant training and experience required
- Basic computer proficiency; Marriott systems experience is a plus
