Housekeeping Inspector

Conduct pre-arrival property inspections throughout Keystone Resort to ensure properties meet required standards and are properly maintained for guest arrival. Resolve minor maintenance issues, including changing lightbulbs and delivering propane, while organizing and prioritizing the inspection schedule. Provide home pre-arrival, owner, and annual inspections using company software systems and a smartphone. Communicate effectively with guests, homeowners, and staff while working weekends, holidays, and after-hours as required. Maintain a valid Colorado driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
