Job Summary
Supervise and train the housekeeping team to ensure compliance with hotel standards and policies. Inspect performance of Guest Room Attendants and Floor Housepersons, assist as needed to deliver optimum guest service, handle guest complaints, ensure cleanliness and organization of assigned areas, and perform housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson duties when necessary. Must be able to communicate clearly in English and have knowledge of chemical handling; flexible to work weekends/holidays and varied shifts; prior experience as a Guest Room Attendant is required.

- Prior experience as a Guest Room Attendant
- Ability to compute accurate mathematical calculations
- Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English with guests/visitors, management and coworkers
- Knowledge of proper chemical handling
