Housekeeping Inspector

Job Summary
Inspect assigned homes after each cleaning to ensure company standards of cleanliness are achieved and maintained. Identify, correct, and report any deviations from standards, including safety and maintenance issues, while assisting housekeepers with property cleans and linen attendants as needed. Uphold gold star standards through exceptional guest service and relationship building with employees, guests, and homeowners. Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment while performing other related duties as assigned. This full-time role reports to the Director of Housekeeping and requires climbing stairs and lifting up to 40 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License
- Ability to work flexible hours and required weekend work
- Must be able to climb stairs both inside and outside frequently lift up to 40 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- 1 yr experience working in housekeeping for short term rentals (preferred)
