Housekeeping Inspector

Set up daily assignments for housekeepers, balance and clear room status nightly by comparing reports to resolve discrepancies, and inspect guest rooms for training and disciplinary data. Conduct daily morning meetings, perform weekly walkthroughs with the General Manager and Property Engineer, and monitor VIP requests and special guest needs. Train all personnel to company standards, maintain Lost and Found procedures, and ensure staff remain attentive and courteous. Complete all reports timely, manage supply issuance, and establish additional departmental standards with management approval.
