Housekeeping Inspector

Set up daily assignments for housekeepers, balance and clear room status nightly by comparing reports to resolve discrepancies, and inspect guest rooms to retain data for training or disciplinary action. Conduct daily morning meetings with staff, perform weekly walkthroughs with the General Manager and Property Engineer, and review the Guest Request log daily to address problems proactively. Monitor VIPs and special guests, maintain Lost and Found procedures, and ensure all associates remain attentive and courteous. Properly store and issue supplies, complete all reports timely, establish additional departmental standards with management approval, and ensure biannual maintenance projects are finished.
