Housekeeping Inspector

Inspect hotel rooms to ensure supplies and amenities are fully stocked and meet brand standards for cleanliness and maintenance. Train, schedule, coach, and support associates while issuing supplies and equipment. Oversee training of Room Attendants, supervise Laundry employees, and screen job applicants for new hires. Confer with staff to resolve performance issues and discuss company policies. Perform or assist with cleaning duties, cross-train in the breakfast area, and follow sustainability guidelines and safety standards. Ensure overall guest satisfaction and perform other duties as requested by management.
