Job Summary
Inspect hotel rooms to ensure supplies and amenities are fully stocked and meet brand standards for cleanliness and maintenance. Train, schedule, and coach associates while issuing supplies and equipment, and oversee training of Room Attendants with third-party vendors. Perform or assist with cleaning duties as necessary and cross-train in the breakfast area to answer guest questions. Screen job applicants to hire new employees, resolve personnel problems, and supervise Laundry staff if applicable. Follow sustainability guidelines, OSHA standards, and safety protocols while ensuring overall guest satisfaction. Work varying schedules including weekends and holidays, requiring extended standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma preferred
- Previous housekeeping experience
- Previous supervisory responsibility preferred
- Work schedule varies and may include working on holidays, and weekends
- Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, reaching, kneeling, bending
