Job Summary
The Housekeeping Supervisor (Inspector) ensures the cleanliness of guest rooms and corridors while leading housekeeping staff and upholding hotel standards of service. This role includes assisting in cleaning and responding to guest requests with strong communication skills and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Organized, honest, and able to work well with others
- Able to work with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds
- Must have knowledge of fire alarm systems and evacuation procedures
- Must maintain a clean and attractive work area and uniform
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, push, and stretch and lift up to 30 pounds
- Must speak and understand English clearly
- Must have eyesight enabling vision both near and far
- Must be comfortable using a step stool or ladder
- Must be able to write
