Housekeeping Inspector

Inspect guest rooms and staff performance daily to ensure cleaning standards and productivity are met. Oversee floor closing procedures, maintain key control, and manage daily assignments for Room Attendants and House Attendants. Supervise laundry and housekeeping teams, initiating maintenance work orders for repairs and monitoring VIP guest requests. Submit documentation regarding performance issues, misconduct, or absenteeism as required. Assume Housekeeping Manager functions during their absence, including inspecting VIP rooms and reporting availability to the Front Office. Carry active radio communication throughout the shift and attend management meetings as needed.
