Job Summary
Assist Room Attendants to ensure guest rooms are prepared efficiently and consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service. Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of Housekeeping storage areas while collecting, sorting, and distributing all Housekeeping linen to and from the Fairmont Regional Laundry. Comply with all department policies, procedures, and service standards while working in a fast-paced, team-based environment. This role requires frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting, along with constant standing and walking throughout shifts. You may be required to work on holidays, weekends, overnights, and other non-day shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess outstanding guest service skills, including professional verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, team-based environment
