Job Summary
Housekeeping Houseperson at Fairmont Century Plaza responsible for assisting with cleanliness and presentation of public areas, assisting Housekeepers, delivering/collecting items to/from guest rooms, and supporting supervision with special requests. Requires friendly, engaging service, ability to work with teammates, adherence to safety and sanitation policies, familiarity with SDS, and strong communication skills. Previous hospitality or cleaning experience is an asset; high school education preferred; must be eligible to work in the United States; in-person schedule with hourly rate of $32.75.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience an asset
- Previous Cleaning or janitorial experience an asset
- Ability to lift, carry and transport relatively heavy equipment
- Fluent in spoken English; some written English; Spanish beneficial but not required
