Job Summary
House Attendant at Four Seasons Nashville is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of guest floors and public areas, supporting Room Attendants, stocking linen rooms and supplies, delivering guest-requested items, assisting during high-volume periods, inspecting equipment, reporting damages or safety hazards, and providing genuine hospitality by interacting with guests in a warm, professional manner. The role requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and teamwork, with flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnights. Prior housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel is preferred, along with the ability to operate cleaning equipment and lift up to 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a luxury hotel environment, is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Knowledge and ability to safely operate cleaning equipment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnights
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
