Job Summary
Clean and maintain public areas, including buffing floors, shampooing carpets and furniture, and ensuring restrooms are sanitary throughout the shift. Deliver service items to guest rooms upon front desk requests, handle luggage assistance, and manage the shuttle van when needed. Remove room service trays and trash from hallways, process lost and found items, and turn in keys and assignment sheets daily. Complete the daily checklist and perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Adhere to Aimbridge Hospitality standards and safety regulations while working in a global portfolio of over 1,550 hotels across 50 states and 22 countries.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a hotel or a related field
- Valid driver license for the applicable State
- Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record)
- Ability to convey information and ideas clearly
- Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Ability to work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Ability to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
