Job Summary
Clean and service guest suites, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas. Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels and amenities. Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust. Clean, sanitize, and stock bathrooms and kitchen areas thoroughly. Remove trash and dispose of waste properly. Restock housekeeping carts and maintain organized storage areas. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly. Follow hotel safety, sanitation, and brand standards. Provide friendly and professional service when interacting with guests. Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods (lift up to 25-30 lbs)
- Reliable transportation
- Punctual attendance
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to effectively wear face masks at all times
- Ability to use gloves and other PPE as provided
- Ability to undergo daily temperature checks
- Ability to use hospital grade sanitizing solution
