Job Summary
Maintain high standards of cleanliness for guest rooms while approaching all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner. Pay extra attention to detail during cleaning and handle items for "Lost and Found" according to hotel standards. Comply with all regulations to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations, including wearing the proper uniform, name tag, and face masks at all times. Be attentive, helpful, and courteous to all guests, managers, and associates. Position requires long hours and the ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally.
Required Qualifications
- Long hours sometimes required
- Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
- All guests and associates must wear face masks at all times
- Gloves and other PPE are provided by the hotel
- Temperature taken of all associates prior to starting their shift, every day
- Sanitizing solution, (hospital grade), used throughout hotel
