Job Summary
Maintain guest room cleanliness to high standards while approaching all guest and associate encounters with a friendly, service-oriented manner. Pay extra attention to detail during cleaning and ensure proper uniform and name tag appearance at all times. Comply with safety regulations, hotel policies, and house rules while handling "Lost and Found" items according to established standards. Work long hours involving medium physical exertion, including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently, while wearing provided PPE and face masks. Temperature checks are conducted daily before shifts begin.
Required Qualifications
- Long hours sometimes required
- Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
- All guests and associates must wear face masks at all times
- Gloves and other PPE are provided by the hotel
- Temperature taken of all associates prior to starting their shift, every day
- Sanitizing solution, (hospital grade), used throughout hotel
