Job Summary
Maintain guest room cleanliness to high standards while approaching all guest and associate encounters with a friendly, service-oriented manner. Pay extra attention to detail during cleaning and handle "Lost and Found" items according to hotel policies. Comply with all safety regulations, wear proper uniforms and name tags, and maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming. Work long hours occasionally, exerting up to 50 pounds of force to lift and move objects, while wearing face masks and utilizing provided PPE. Temperature checks are conducted daily before shifts begin.
Required Qualifications
- Long hours sometimes required
- Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
- All guests and associates must wear face masks at all times
- Gloves and other PPE are provided by the hotel
- Temperature taken of all associates prior to starting their shift, every day
- Sanitizing solution, (hospital grade), used throughout hotel
