Job Summary
Maintain guest room cleanliness to high standards while approaching all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner. Pay extra attention to detail during cleaning and handle "Lost and Found" items according to hotel standards. Comply with all safety regulations, policies, and house rules while wearing proper uniform, name tag, and face masks. Exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and 20 pounds frequently to lift and move objects. Maintain regular attendance in compliance with scheduling needs.
Required Qualifications
- Long hours sometimes required
- Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
- All guests and associates must wear face masks at all times
- Gloves and other PPE are provided by the hotel
- Temperature taken of all associates prior to starting their shift, every day
- Sanitizing solution, (hospital grade), used throughout hotel
