Job Summary
Oversee and lead Hotel Housekeeping operations in alignment with Kalispel Hospitality and Forbes service standards; manage budgeting, staffing, scheduling, inventory, payroll, training, and performance management; drive guest satisfaction, team engagement, and departmental financial performance; supervise 6–12 supervisors and 60+ team members, participate in recruitment, coaching, and development, ensure safety and compliance, and support hotel operations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree (A.A. or A.A.S.) preferred
- Three (3) to five (5) years of leadership experience required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a work permit
- Valid driver’s license (Must be in possession while operating a Tribal Vehicle)
- Available and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as required
