Job Summary
Housekeeper needed for a senior living community in Lombard. Responsibilities include cleaning resident apartments (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas) and common areas, performing laundry, replenishing supplies, adhering to infection control and safety procedures, reporting maintenance concerns, and interacting professionally with residents and staff. Part-time role with evening shifts (3-7pm). Must be dependable with strong attention to detail and good communication skills to provide a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping, janitorial, hotel, healthcare, or senior living experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, walking, and reaching throughout the shift
