Job Summary
Lead and manage the housekeeping team to ensure flawless cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel, establishing and maintaining hygiene and quality standards in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces; collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences; develop schedules, allocate tasks, oversee inventory of cleaning supplies and linen; train and inspire teams to uphold luxury service standards; monitor guest feedback and improve operations, while ensuring health and safety compliance and proficient use of PMS; drive continuous improvement and maintain exemplary standards.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in housekeeping management in a quality hotel/industry environment
- Ability to lead, train, motivate and manage a team
- Strong knowledge of PMS (property management systems)
- Commitment to health and safety regulations and high hygiene standards
- Excellent communication and guest-service oriented mindset
