Job Summary
Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas by changing linens, making beds, and restocking amenities. Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust all surfaces while cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens. Empty trash and recycling bins, then report any maintenance issues to management. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods. Work weekends and holidays as needed while maintaining strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
