Job Summary
Conduct daily guest room cleaning, restock supplies, and replace linens while adhering to hotel standards and safety procedures. Perform deep cleaning tasks such as changing AC filters, repainting walls, and disassembling furniture as assigned. Remove trash and dirty linens, then complete pre-cleaning duties including setting up the housekeeping cart. Approach all guest and employee encounters with a friendly, service-oriented manner and maintain high personal grooming standards. Work flexible weekend shifts at the Hampton Inn Pittsburgh-Airport, with daily pay available for up to 50% of worked hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally or in written form
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Weekend availability
