Housekeeping-FT & PT Day Shift

Clean assigned resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas daily by dusting, dry mopping, wet mopping, sanitizing, and scrubbing while respecting resident privacy and knocking before entry. Clean walls, ceilings, windows, mirrors, and waxed floors per department schedules. Secure housekeeping supplies out of residents' reach, dispose of trash including biohazardous waste per policy, and post safety hazard signs when needed. Use personal protective equipment when exposed to blood or hazardous fluids, comply with chemical safety instructions, and monitor for rodents, pests, or fire hazards. Report injuries, pest evidence, and safety issues to the supervisor immediately. Participate in in-service education, state survey training, and fare/disaster drills. Must lift up to 50 pounds.
