Job Summary
Housekeeping-FT Day Shift at StoneBridge Senior Living provides cleaning services to maintain safe, sanitary, and homelike environments for residents, staff, and the public. Responsibilities include cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring privacy, following safety and chemical handling procedures, using PPE, disposing of waste per policy, monitoring for hazards, coordinating with Maintenance for state inspections, reporting injuries, attending in-service trainings, and adhering to safety and emergency procedures. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Experience in healthcare-environment cleaning is preferred; strong communication and teamwork are essential to support interdisciplinary care and resident well-being.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a healthcare environment preferred
- Friendly attitude and excellent communication skills required
- Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary care setting with residents, families, and staff members
