Job Summary
Receive all keys, worksheets, and sign-in sheets for the assigned area and distribute information to Room Attendants and floor staff. Inspect all assigned rooms, areas, and carts to ensure setups are in order. Administer direction and supervision to floor staff, including assisting with disciplinary action as required. Ensure employees are trained in company standards, procedures, and daily one-on-one training. Manage the guest room cleaning, servicing, and reporting function through proper utilization of personnel. This role supports the renovation of Fontainebleau Miami Beach, a historic oceanfront hotel on Collins Avenue designed by Morris Lapidus.
Required Qualifications
- Well organized and demonstrated strong problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and guests
- High school education or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual highly desirable
- Previous relevant experience preferred
- One year supervisory experience preferred
