Housekeeping Floor Supervisor

Supervise the cleanliness and presentation of rooms and floors, ensuring availability according to Sofitel standards and operational priorities. Implement cleaning SOPs, conduct final room inspections before opening, and prioritize rooms based on VIP, suites, and early arrivals. Manage floor attendant schedules, train staff, and evaluate performance while overseeing linen and amenity stock levels. Coordinate with Front Office for real-time room status tracking and report technical anomalies to Maintenance. Handle guest complaints using Sofitel models and ensure compliance with all standards and procedures. Requires 2–3 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel, proficiency in French and Arabic, and knowledge of OPERA.
