Job Summary
Lead housekeeping operations at Bellagio in a luxury resort, overseeing daily areas and supervising Guest Room Attendants and House Persons. Responsibilities include ensuring cleanliness of guest rooms, hallways, lockers, lobbies, and public areas; conducting daily written inspections and frequent visual checks; monitoring productivity and addressing performance concerns; distributing workloads fairly; and providing regular feedback, coaching, and discipline to maintain department standards and deliver a WOW guest experience. Requires 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED, 2 years in a related field (preferably housekeeping/hotel management), and OSHA knowledge for safety and BIOHAZARD handling; ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years of prior relevant experience in a related field, preferably Housekeeping and/or Hotel Management
- Knowledgeable with OSHA regulations, to include implementation and enforcement of safety guidelines, proper chemical usage, handling of BIOHAZARD materials, and injury prevention
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
