Job Summary
Oversee and check the cleaning and servicing of all guest rooms and public areas, ensuring they meet brand standards and are well presented. Lead and inspire the housekeeping team by example, taking a hands-on approach to training and supporting staff in maintaining high service levels. Manage the partnership with the external housekeeping provider alongside the Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Manager. This role is part of The Hoxton's first neighbourhood hotel in Asia, opening in Bengaluru city centre in 2026. The team will leverage the hotel's vibrant public spaces and rooftop pool to deliver a unique guest experience that blends local culture with the brand's London DNA.
