Job Summary
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and related spaces for quality after cleaning; manage room status and prioritize cleaning; coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry; document and resolve discrepancies with Front Desk; assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and coaching staff; ensure safety, security, and professional appearance; maintain guest service standards and foster positive working relationships; perform paperwork and use computer/POS systems; physical ability to move and lift as required and to use equipment; ensure adherence to quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
