Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, balconies, corridors, linen rooms, and pantries according to established standards. Supervise public areas, replenish guest supplies, and promptly attend to guest requests. Conduct regular room checklists, maintain a section floor report, and address reports on room damage or malfunctions. Maintain equipment in proper state of cleanliness and adhere to fire and life safety procedures. Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene. Requires a degree or diploma in hospitality.
