Job Summary
Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff while maintaining the cleanliness of the entire building and resident equipment. Assist with laundry services and monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, notifying supervisors promptly when stock runs low. Uphold proper safety and infection control procedures throughout all tasks to ensure resident comfort, privacy, and dignity. This role requires strong multitasking skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision. English proficiency is essential, with a high school diploma or GED required. Heritage Senior Living offers immediate pay, flexible scheduling with shifts ending by 7 P.M., and Sunday shift differentials.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to speak, read and write English
- Must submit and pass all applicable pre-employment and annual tests
- Meet all training and other applicable state and federal guidelines
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or 1-3 months related experience or training
- Cleaning, laundry services and hospitality experience
