Inspect and clean common areas including rooms, lobbies, mailrooms, fitness center, laundry, hallways, stairwells, and storage; refresh vacant/model apartments; realign furniture per layout; disinfect and replenish supplies in public restrooms; clean/steam carpets and perform rotation cleaning; maintain organization and inventory of materials; report maintenance needs; assist in resident-function cleanups; represent the community professionally on and off property; comply with safety rules; respond to spills; notify maintenance for restocking; perform duties essential to property operations.
