Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Office administration experience or related experience preferred
  • Must possess clear pleasant speaking voice, good hearing and proper grammar for telephone communications
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to write routine correspondence and speak effectively to public, employees and customers
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to interact well with customers and employees
  • Ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner
