Job Summary
Dispatcher role supporting Housekeeping Supervisors and Housekeepers to meet quality and timeliness standards. Duties include answering and coordinating phone/radio calls, delegating tasks among staff, recording lost and found items, filing daily paperwork, maintaining linen inventories and supplies, assisting with guest complaints and guest deliveries, and performing routine office tasks. Requires ability to read, write, and perform basic math, strong communication, multitasking, scheduling and planning abilities, and availability on weekends/holidays. Role operates in both office and operations environments with standard cleaning and laundry chemicals; benefits package and opportunities for growth are included.
Required Qualifications
- Experience communicating effectively with guests, site staff, and associates by written and verbal means
- Experience with operations of office equipment
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to read, write and do basic math
- Ability to multi-task and make appropriate decisions
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
