Job Summary
Develop and manage housekeeping and laundry programs, policies, schedules, and the Department of Health survey process. Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness standards and manage staff training in cleaning protocols and safety procedures. Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment while handling scheduling, budgeting, and reporting for operations. Requires minimum 2-3 years of Environmental Services experience in long-term care, senior living, hospital, or healthcare. Full-time position in Leesburg, FL with health, dental, vision, PTO, 401K, and uniform shirts provided.
