Job Summary
Lead a team of housekeepers to ensure building cleanliness across restrooms, selling floors, offices, and common areas. Direct daily operations including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing while managing trash collection and restroom restocking. Coach and motivate staff to maintain high productivity and safety standards, addressing performance issues promptly. Present a professional demeanor to customers and coworkers. Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years of housekeeping or janitorial experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- Moderate lifting (up to 35 lbs.)
- Sit, stand, and walk for required periods of time
- Ability to reach with hands and arms and use hands and fingers to handle objects and operate tools and/or controls
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years as lead, supervisor or manager
