Job Summary
Cleans guest rooms and fixtures, replenishes toiletries and linens, disinfects bathrooms, and delivers towels, pillows, and supplies to rooms. Maintains cleanliness of guest spaces, reports lost and found items, and supports team members to ensure a positive hotel stay experience. Able to work solo or with a small team in a fast-paced hospitality environment, with responsibilities including cleaning showers, toilets, and sinks, replenishing toiletries, handling laundry, delivering items to rooms, and responding promptly to guest requests.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work the majority of the shift in a standing position, constantly moving, and able to lift 20 pounds
- Highly organized
- Strong Guest Service Skills
- Attention to detail and be customer service oriented
- Ability to communicate satisfactorily with guests, management, and co-workers
