Job Summary
Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping staff and subcontractors while planning, assigning, and directing daily cleaning projects including routine, deep, and post-event operations. Ensure proper cleanliness for all front-of-house and back-of-house spaces, prepare event spaces and room setups, and manage inventory of FF&E assets and janitorial supplies. Investigate and resolve operational problems, act as a liaison with tenants and contractors, and enforce company policies. Attend weekly operations and client meetings to facilitate manpower and equipment needs, assist other departments during events, and conduct annual performance reviews. Work 100% on-site in Fort Worth with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college in Hospitality, Management or Maintenance Engineering and/or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in management and/or supervisory position of public assembly facilities
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be positive, outgoing, and able to work well with others
- Must be accountable and maintain accuracy in financial transactions at the work-station
- Professional appearance required
- Must maintain a clean, neat, and organized office and inventory space
- Must possess basic computer skills, such as using excel application
- Ability to conduct quick math calculations using a calculator
- Previous cashier experience or strong math skills, and ability to make change
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Employees will regularly spend their shift standing/walking, traveling stairs, with limited to no sitting
- Must be able to reach, lift, and bend to perform job duties throughout the shift
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions, rain, snow, hot and cold temperatures
- Must be available for weekend shifts
Desired Qualifications
- Any experience and/or training in the public assembly facility management industry is a plus
