Job Summary
Housekeeping Coordinator provides office coverage and clerical support to the Housekeeping Department, monitors property management systems, updates room statuses, and handles ticketing and dispatch through Knowcross.Responsibilities include making daily attendant assignments, balancing stayover services, prioritizing arrivals, logging calls and guest requests, communicating effectively with engineering/front desk/security, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining PPE and professionalism. The role requires clear English communication, ability to lead by example, and collaboration with multiple hotel departments to support departmental goals.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service / Prior hospitality experience preferred
