Job Summary

Housekeeping Coordinator responsible for running room reports, verifying room status, prioritizing cleaning of rooms, and coordinating with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry to ensure timely cleaning and efficient operations. Tasks include documenting and resolving discrepant rooms with the Front Desk, distributing room assignments to staff, monitoring Do Not Disturb lists, and ensuring vacant dirty rooms are cleaned by the required time. Requires following safety policies, maintaining professional appearance, protecting company assets, delivering guest service per standards, developing positive working relationships, clear written and verbal communication, and basic computer data entry. Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds; perform other duties as requested by Supervisors.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
