Job Summary
Coordinate housekeeping activities and reporting for hotel operations: run sold room reports, verify room status, identify discrepant rooms, prioritize cleaning, update departure room statuses, and prepare/ distribute room assignments to housekeeping staff. Act as liaison to coordinate efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry; document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk; monitor Do Not Disturb lists and ensure timely cleaning of vacant dirty rooms; complete required housekeeping paperwork. Ensure adherence to safety, quality standards, and company policies; maintain professional appearance and confidentiality; provide guest service and support to team; enter and locate work-related information in computers; perform duties in support of Supervisors.
