Job Summary
Coordinate daily housekeeping operations at a luxury Four Seasons hotel in Sydney, assigning rooms, managing opening/closing duties for the Housekeeping office, and reporting across departments to ensure guest rooms meet service standards. Communicate professionally with all departments, handle Housekeeping calls, maintain office supplies and electronic files, and assist in updating corporate policy manuals. Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork to support a seamless hospitality operation.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a luxury hotel environment or in a similar administrative/coordinator role
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
