Job Summary
Conduct routine custodial duties including vacuums, polishing furniture, washing windows, and sanitizing bathrooms to maintain a clean environment in assigned Grafton buildings. Act as an "eye and ears" for contractors by monitoring their adherence to safety rules, instructing them to stop work during unanticipated events, and communicating hazards to managers or maintenance supervisors. Identify needed cleaning supplies, complete requisitions, and record incoming stock while maintaining daily paperwork. Report to a Maintenance Supervisor with flexibility for after-hours contractor watch shifts on nights or weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Custodial work or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
